What is the cancelation policy?
Cancellation Policy
We understand that unexpected situations may arise, and we strive to accommodate changes in your schedule. However, to ensure the best service for all our students and instructors, we have the following cancellation policy:
1. 24-hour Cancellation Notice:
• Students must notify us at least 24 hours in advance if they need to cancel or reschedule a class.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled class will result in the full class fee being charged.
2. No-shows:
• If a student does not attend a scheduled class without prior notice, it will be considered a no-show, and the full class fee will be charged.
3. Emergency Cancellations:
• We understand that emergencies happen. In case of an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will consider waiving the cancellation fee on a case-by-case basis.
How do I cancel my subscription?
To cancel your subscription, just follow these steps:
Click the Cancel Subscription button on our website.
Enter the email address you used when signing up.
You will receive an email with a secure link to access your Stripe account.
Click the link in the email to log in and access the cancellation page.
On this page, you can confirm the cancellation of your recurring subscription.
Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period and will not renew on the next payment date.

What is the refund policy?
We are committed to providing the highest quality service and ensuring your satisfaction. However, if you wish to cancel your purchase, we offer the following refund policy in compliance with Brazilian consumer protection laws:
1. 7-Day Cancellation Right:
• In accordance with Brazilian law (Article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code), students who purchase classes or services online have the right to cancel their purchase within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase, with a full refund.
• The refund will be processed within 7 business days after we receive the cancellation request.
2. Refund Process:
• To request a refund, please contact us via email or phone within the 7-day period, and provide your order details.
• Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original purchase.
3. Classes Beyond 7 Days:
• For cancellations made after the 7-day period, our regular cancellation policy will apply, and no refund will be issued unless stated otherwise in specific agreements.
What is the material we are going to use?
We are going to use our own materials as well as textbooks, news articles, videos, and other resources.
How does the class work?
In class, we follow a communicative approach, focusing on real-life situations that students will encounter when they are in Brazil or communicating with Brazilians.
The student will have access to the class material beforehand, as well as a digital notebook where they can complete exercises and add any questions they may have, which will be addressed during the class.
How can I schedule my lesson?
Lessons can be scheduled through the online platform at the student’s most convenient time, or they can be arranged directly with the chosen teacher.
